When you need to sell your home quickly, you need to make sure that you are willing to put in the hours to make your home look great before you put in on the market. Start with the Curb Appeal

You need to start with the curb appeal of your home. Rake, weed, and mow the front yard. Put down new grass seeds and fertilize your grass to keep it looking nice and green.

Add flowers to your front yard and your front porch. Flowers can really enhance the look of your home.

Get rid of bold colors in your home and repaint in neutral colors that allow buyers to imagine the space as their own. You should also paint any walls that may be dirty, such as the walls in your hallway.

Give the walls a little shine, and go with a glossy or satin finish to your paint.

Complete Major Repairs

Finally, you'll want to fix issues that are going to be obvious to anyone paying attention or that will be obvious to a home inspector. For example, if you have a sagging gutter, secure it. If you have a leaking pipe, patch it.

Get your home ready for a quick sale by being willing to put in the time to improve the appearance of your home. Start by enhancing the curb appeal, then declutter and allow a professional to stage the inside of your home. Get rid of bold colors inside and go neutral and bright. Fix any major repairs that could be an issue.
